An excellent opportunity exists within the Maritime Surveillance Radars Program finance team. To be successful in this role, you must be able to communicate effectively with Control Account Managers (CAMs), Supply Chain MPMs, Program Operations Managers, and program and finance leadership. Frequent interaction with various functions and multiple levels of the organization will be needed, so the successful candidate must possess strong presentation, communication, and professional skills. Finance serves as a critical business partner by providing the analysis, insight, and guidance to enable strategic decision making and achieve bottom-line results.

Responsibilities will include working closely with Program Managers and Control Account Managers on forecast and EAC inputs, tracking of program schedule and cost performance, driving corrective actions to closure with functional counterparts, ownership of Rplan forecasts, and Financial forecasts.

What You Will Do

• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance and data analysis.
• Support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) development.
• Provide financial guidance to functional leads and other finance branches.
• Support the monthly forecast / close process.

What We Offer

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
