Based in Pompano Beach, we're a growing marine construction company looking for motivated professionals who want stability, earning potential, and a clear path forward.

We're currently seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to conduct in-home residential inspections and help homeowners protect and enhance their waterfront properties.

• Guaranteed Training pay for 8 weeks of $1,000 paid weekly.
• 2% commission will be applied across the board on all sales.
• Following a 90-day probationary period, employees may be assigned a company vehicle.
• Target annual comp: $175,000$225,000

As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll be a key part of our growth and customer experience:

• Conduct in-home residential inspections with homeowners
• Evaluate docks, seawalls, and waterfront structures
• Educate customers on current conditions and recommended solutions
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Close sales in the home with confidence and professionalism
• Manage and follow up on your sales pipeline
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners and referral partners

What we're looking for:

• Sales experience preferred (in-home, commission-based sales a plus)
• Construction, marine, or home improvement experience is a bonus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
• Professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused
• Comfortable working independently in the field

Position details:

• Full-time 8:00AM - 4:30PM
• Based out of Pompano Beach, FL
• Travel within assigned territory for inspections
• Must have reliable transportation
