A company is looking for an Application Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of geospatial applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop applications, including user interfaces, workflows, and APIs for DHS geospatial systems
Design and maintain applications that integrate with geospatial data platforms and enterprise systems
Collaborate with teams to translate mission requirements into technical solutions and ensure compliance with DHS standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in application development
Experience in developing applications, including user interfaces, workflows, and APIs
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar
Experience with APIs and integrating REST-based services
