About The Position

LMSW - Spokane, WA - Start Date : ASAP - Contract Length : 13 weeks - Shift : 5x8hr Days (Mon-Fri; Weekends not required) - Daily Patient Load : 1 : 50-60+ (1 : 1 patient care and group counseling) - Years of Experience REQ : At least 1 YR of experience working with geriatrics - First-Timers Accepted : Yes - Weekend REQ : No - Certs REQ : BLS - Skills REQ : Biopsychosocial assessment, Documentation and Care Planning - Is on-call REQ? No - Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No - Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes; Mon-Fri schedule - Locals Accepted : Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate - Pending License Accepted : No (WA license in-hand REQUIRED at time of signature) - RTO Restrictions : Confirm with hiring manager - Guaranteed Hours : Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks) SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS - Candidate is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation. - EPIC EMR experience is REQUIRED - Department Details & Patient Diagnoses : Serving adults 55 and older who are low income, medically complex, have mental dx, behaviors, and / or substance abuse.
