We are seeking a Visual Designer with 5+ years of experience in modern, responsive web design to support a large-scale website modernization initiative. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio and enjoys turning UX concepts into stunning, accessible visual experiences.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch

Strong understanding of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles

Working knowledge of HTML / CSS for design feasibility

Familiarity with accessibility standards and color contrast compliance

Key Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive visual design system and brand guidelines for the new website

Create high-fidelity mockups for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms

Design visual assets such as icons, illustrations, and graphics with accessibility in mind

Build and maintain a visual design specifications + component library for developer handoff

Collaborate closely with UX designers to elevate wireframes into polished, cohesive UI layouts

Support user testing with visual prototypes and design variations.

Review development implementation to ensure pixel-perfect design fidelity and prepare final assets for build
