As a national leader in design / build MEP services, we’re seeking a seasoned professional with 15+ years of technical experience to guide our operational strategy. Bring your expertise, passion, and innovative mindset to help us stay ahead of the curve and deliver unparalleled results.
What You’ll Do :
- Attract, develop, and retain a top-tier operations team through effective selection, training, mentorship, and performance management.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones with Discipline Leads and Project Managers to boost communication, morale, and alignment with company goals.
- Delegate and supervise responsibilities, providing guidance to maximize team performance and company profitability.
- Dive into financial reports to ensure operational success and contribute to setting company-wide priorities.
- Anticipate market trends, implementing forward-thinking changes to keep us competitive.
- Build and refine repeatable processes that drive efficiency and excellence across the organization.
- Collaborate with our executive team to execute the SAEC vision and champion our core values.
