The Senior Manufacturing Engineer (SME) is a project-based leadership role within Harbinger's

Architecture and Engineering team. The SME is the primary A&E project delivery lead from early

feasibility through fabrication and delivery. This includes owning the fabrication model and

documentation output, coordinating design efforts across internal and external stakeholders, and

ensuring alignment between design deliverables and manufacturing execution. The role also includes

mentoring junior staff, contributing to innovation initiatives, and maintaining Harbinger's standards for

quality, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration across all assigned projects.

Responsibilities :

Modeling and Documentation :

• Serve as the primary owner of the fabrication model, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with production requirements.
• Lead the generation, quality control, and timely output of production documentation.
• Maintain and enforce standards for drawing quality and consistency.
• Manage project test fits and participate in feasibility studies for pre-contract opportunities.
