A Family Practice Physician position is available with an FQHC in California, offering a competitive salary of $260-$280k with bonuses based on performance. This full-time outpatient role includes a work schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a patient volume of 16-18 patients daily, providing the opportunity for partnership after one year.

Role :

  • Compensation Range : $260-280k (based on experience)

Bonuses vary based on shared savings and net collections.

  • Start Date : ASAP
  • Full time role
  • Setting : Outpatient office (FQHC)
  • Work Schedule : Mon-Fri; 8a-5p. Admin time built into schedule.
  • Patient Volume : 16-18 patients per day
  • Minimal call : rotate weekends and call days. Light call activity
  • EMR : Athena
  • Partnership available after 1 yr at owner s discretion. Earning potential $300k+
