Philanthropy Communications Executive

A company is looking for an Associate Vice President of Philanthropy Communications and Donor Relations.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior leaders to develop transformative giving concepts and oversee proposal development for major gifts

Manage communications materials and resources to support major and principal gift fundraising efforts

Lead a communications team to create content that aligns with strategic initiatives in philanthropy and ensure consistent messaging across all channels

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience

7+ years of significant experience in managing communications functions, particularly in capital campaigns

Experience in managing effective teams and engaging with institutional leaders

Background in building communications for healthcare programs

Campaign experience is required
