Key Responsibilities

Analyze data to identify root causes of problems and deliver insights to stakeholders

Design solutions that enhance automation and operational efficiency in medical coding

Lead projects to improve client outcomes and ensure compliance with medical coding standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience

5+ years of professional experience in Medical Coding

2+ years of project or team management experience

CPC and / or CCS certification from AAPC or AHIMA required

Experience with computer-assisted coding and / or coding automation tools preferred
