Salary : $100K-$120K annually (Direct Hire)
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans
- Manage sales / marketing budgets
- Oversee advertising and promotional activities
- Recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies
- Achieve profit / loss and market share goals
- Adjust marketing strategies based on market research
- Build and maintain industry relationships
- Prepare marketing activity reports
- Maintain consistent corporate image
- Set and achieve sales performance goals
- Develop and control sales and marketing programs
- Represent the company at trade association meetings
- Assist with client relationships and deal negotiations
- Ensure budget compliance and control expenditures
- Prepare periodic sales reports
- Direct product research and development
- Recruit and manage staff to achieve company goals
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business (MBA preferred)Minimum of 10 years in Sales and New Product Development with managerial responsibilitiesStrong communication, analytical, and leadership skillsBenefits : Comprehensive benefits package provided upon hire
