Cyber Training Specialist

Key Role :

Provide support to the management of a training program, including coordinating with Combatant Commands (COCOMs) to ensure forces are trained, certified, and interoperable with other Joint Forces. Assess the effectiveness of training to ensure training meets objectives, reinforces Joint standards, and facilitates the readiness assessment of cyberspace forces. Facilitate large working groups with internal stakeholders and external partners to establish and update baseline cyber training standards. Interpret and provide recommendations to senior leaders on national and higher headquarters joint doctrine, instructions, and directives.

Basic Qualifications :

• 1+ years of experience in training administration, including developing training plans and advising on training needs for specific roles
• Experience working for or supporting a COCOM or CMF team
• Experience working with an assorted and dispersed team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across different locations
• Experience supporting data gathering using various techniques, including working groups, interviews, and surveys
• Experience interacting with and providing briefs to senior leaders
• Experience facilitating conferences and large working groups
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
