General Summary: Under limited supervision, coordinates and schedules deliveries to customers.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Develops shipments according to geographic location and weight.

2. Researches and solves delivery and weight issue problems.

3. Communicates with shipping & customer service departments and carriers.

4. Schedules delivery appointments.

5. Tenders and sends finalized loads to appropriate departments.

Job Specifications

1. Transportation experience is preferred.

2. Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations is preferred.

3. Basic PC skills are required.

4. AS400 skills is preferred.

Working Conditions

1. Office environment.
