We are a dynamic 4-person team split between Poland and San Francisco, recently raising $4M from top-tier investors including Gradient Ventures, Lightspeed, The Legaltech Fund, Y Combinator, and Pear VC. We're in an exciting growth phase, planning to hire approximately 3 more team members in the next 6 months.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Founding Full-Stack Engineer to join our team at TruthSystems. As a founding member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in shaping our product, technology stack, and engineering culture. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact in a fast-growing company.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Ensure the scalability and performance of applications through optimization and testing
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our tech stack
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve technical issues
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy
