Trinity Lutheran Preschool is a church-operated and year-round preschool, established in 2012. We are committed to provide children with a high quality, fun-loving and well-rounded CHRISTIAN MONTESSORI preschool education.

Desired Qualifications :

  • 12 ECE units OR 6 units with current enrollment for 6 ECE units.
  • Montessori or Early Childhood training and experience, a plus
  • Authorized to work in the United States

    • FULL TIME Teacher 9- 6 pm

  • Team teaching with 4 other teachers for 28 children (see responsibilities below)

    • Professional Qualities :

  • Possess curriculum development / implementation experience
  • Team player, positive role model, strong work ethic and take-charge attitude
  • Independent, creative, fun-loving and kind
  • Responsible and prompt
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid computer skills

    • Responsibilities :

  • Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Prepare shelves and board with appropriate jobs and display
  • Plan lessons based on school curriculum
  • Circle time - present songs, finger play and movement activities
  • Hold Parent Conferences to share observations, based on records and assessment
  • Maintain cleanliness and documentation requirements
