Family Support Specialist
Location: Kent, WA
Schedule: Full-Time, M-FWe are seeking a Family Support Specialist to assist families and childcare providers with applications, eligibility verification, and navigating childcare subsidy programs. This role involves daily communication via phone, email, and online portals, offering culturally responsive and inclusive support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear, timely customer support to families and childcare providers.
- Assist with applications and verify eligibility for childcare subsidies.
- Manage and prioritize a caseload to ensure timely resolution.
- Troubleshoot issues and keep families informed throughout the process.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service, social services, childcare, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills and ability to support diverse families.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with case management or CRM systems.
- Bilingual abilities a plus (Spanish, Somali, etc.)
Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
