Job Title : Production planner

Pay Range : 35-38 / hr (DOE)

The Production Planner is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources, on-time delivery, and optimal inventory levels. This role works closely with operations, procurement, supply chain, and sales to balance demand and capacity while meeting quality and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays, shortages, or changes in demand
• Analyze capacity, labor, and equipment utilization to optimize production efficiency
• Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, and logistics teams to resolve production issue
• Participate in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings as required
