Accounting Clerk

Virginia Beach, VA - A reputable organization in Virginia Beach is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support core accounting operations while collaborating with senior staff and attorneys.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing accounts payable, reconciling travel and entertainment expenses, reporting credit card expenditures, and managing investment account reconciliations. You’ll also contribute to general accounting functions and, if experienced, assist with maintaining charitable registrations for nonprofit activities.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Excel skills, hands-on experience with accounts payable and reconciliations, and the ability to stay organized while communicating effectively in a professional environment. Experience with nonprofit reporting is preferred but not required.
