About the Role

Join Jedson Engineering as a Senior Structural Design Specialist and become an integral part of our innovative team! We are seeking a skilled professional with extensive design experience in Revit and AutoCAD, particularly in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. In this position, you will collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams to develop outstanding engineering design packages, guiding projects from initial concept to final construction.

What You'll Do

  • Develop detailed structural design models and drawings in Revit and AutoCAD for steel, concrete, and foundation systems.
  • Support engineers in creating comprehensive design packages for various industrial and manufacturing projects.
  • Coordinate your designs with disciplines such as architectural, mechanical, electrical, and process teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Contribute to site layout, equipment foundation, and structural design for buildings.
  • Review, update, and refine drawings based on engineering feedback, redlines, and field modifications.
  • Ensure all design work complies with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in structural design within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Expertise in Revit and AutoCAD is essential; familiarity with Navis, Plant 3D, ACC Docs, and Sendto is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of steel and concrete design standards and detailing practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
