ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2003 after beginning my career in State Farm claims, and over the years we’ve grown into a strong team of 23. State Farm has become a true family business for us — both of my daughters now work alongside me in the agency. Our philosophy is simple: take care of our team so we can take great care of our customers.

We’re serious about doing excellent work, but we also make sure the office stays supportive, collaborative, and fun. We hold quarterly team-bonding events and stay focused on motivating one another, celebrating wins, and stepping in to help whenever needed.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tony Lopez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
