National Accounts Auditor

We are in search of a National Account Auditor who is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of invoicing and billing activities for national account customers. This role supports both internal audit functions and key national accounts by reviewing complex billing transactions, verifying compliance with contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of compliance standards, financial auditing, and national account management processes.

Responsibilities Include :

• Examine invoices, credit memos, and related documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies, customer contracts, and regulatory standards.
• Match invoices to purchase orders, service agreements, and delivery confirmations to ensure proper billing.
• Validate supporting documentation and confirm pricing, tax, and discount accuracy.
