Summary
The BCBA position will be held by an individual who has the training, education, and / or experience necessary to serve as a Qualified Autism Service Professional. This position will provide clinical supervision as well as oversight of the programs being implemented by the Supervisor / BCaBA and Behavior Interventionists. The BCBA is an individual who meets all of the following criteria : Provides behavioral health treatment, Develops and Implements Treatment Plans with the oversight and guidance of the Clinical Director, and has training and experience in providing services for individuals with Autism, developmental disabilities, or other delays.

Pay & Benefits
Competitive Salary : $75,000 - $95,000 / year, including base salary, sign-on bonus, and monthly bonuses for meeting and exceeding billable hours!
Medical, dental, and vision insurance (for employees working 30+ hrs / week). Waiting period of 60 days
401(k) retirement plan, for those who have accrued 1000 hours of service within 12 months.
Accrued Sick Time per year, up to 40 hours per year
PTO only for salaried employees (BCBAs, clinical directors)
