Responsibilities

• As a key advisor to corporate clients, direct and deliver working capital services focused on order to cash, procure to pay and inventory or supply chain process and cash flow optimization
• Work closely with the engagement Partner or Managing Director to lead and develop client relationships and oversee teams of consultants through opportunity assessment and program implementations
• Help lead business development efforts focused on working capital and cash flow improvement through targeted initiatives within process cycles (AR, Inventory, AP), including writing proposals, participating in pitch meetings, and negotiating scope and terms
• Lead the team to create value-add insights that tie to the client\'s strategic and financial ambitions, including identifying the underlying value proposition for optimization programs through structured data analyses and implementation efforts to identify operational risks, efficiencies, or other opportunities
• Work across B2B and B2C industries, including but not limited to industrials, services, healthcare, life sciences, consumer goods, retail, energy, technology and telecom
• Participate in contribution to the development of the offering, product development, collateral development and bringing experience to our existing offering as well as the professional development of KPMG Strategy team members and assist with the recruiting and training of new staff

California Salary Range : $176800 - $345100
