JOB TITLE : DEVELOPER III

DURATION : 8 MONTHS

LOCATION : ONSITE IN SEATTLE WA

PAY RATE : $64 - $74 HOURLY

Job Description :  We are looking for a Sr. Anaplan Developer to be part of global Operations Compensation team. Our team measures and evaluates the employee life cycle by using data to design compensation strategies for hourly employees. The labor market is ever evolving and we are here to advise on the future of our employee workforce.

As a develop on our team, you will solve unique and complex problems at a rapid pace, utilizing the latest technologies to create solutions that are highly scalable. The ideal candidate relishes working with large volumes of data, and enjoys the challenge of simplifying complex problems.

They can design a roadmap and implement technical solutions based on customer feedback. They gather data and user requirements and translate those needs into Anaplan enhancements and / or new models. They work directly with engineering teams to develop and refine integrations to receive and vend Anaplan data to / from other systems. They have expertise in data modeling, ETL design and business intelligence tools. They partner with customers to identify strategic opportunities where improvements in data infrastructure create out-sized business impact.

They are comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big (while paying careful attention to detail), and enjoy working in a fast-paced team.
