Bilingual Cardiology Nurse (RN)

A company is looking for a Bilingual Clinical Guide : Cardiology Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct remote nursing assessments and provide clinical education to members with heart failure

Develop and evaluate care plans in collaboration with members and their caregivers

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and improve operational processes

Required Qualifications

Unrestricted, compact RN license

Minimum of 4 years of RN experience, with at least 2 years in a non-ICU cardiac focused setting

Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to conduct assessments in Spanish

Comfortable with technology and remote care delivery

Willingness to work 8-5 in Central Time zone or later time zones
