Title : Generative AI Engineer

Location : Richardson, TX

Salary Range : $51 / hr.

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to design and implement intelligent systems using cutting-edge GenAI frameworks. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Model Customization Personalization (MCP). You will be responsible for building scalable, modular, and context-aware AI solutions that drive innovation across our enterprise platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

(Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AIML engineering, with hands-on expertise in GenAI technologies
• 5+ years of experience in Python
• 4+ years of experience in Generative AI
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
• Strong understanding of AI agent frameworks and orchestration strategies
• Experience implementing RAG architectures and integrating external knowledge sources
• Familiarity with MCP techniques, including prompt tuning, LoRA, and adapter-based fine-tuning
• Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace models)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
