CNC Programmer – (HASS / Mastercam)

Are you a skilled CNC Programmer with a passion for precision and performance? We’re an industry-leading aerospace manufacturer seeking a detail-driven and experienced CNC professional to join their advanced machining team.

In this role, you’ll be programming HAAS 4-5 axis CNC machines using Mastercam, producing high-spec components for the defense and aerospace sector

Key Responsibilities of the CNC programmer :

Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam – (or equivalent programs)

Set up and prove out programs on HAAS milling machines

Interpret complex engineering drawings and aerospace specifications

Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure part accuracy and process reliability

Continuously improve machining strategies for efficiency and repeatability

Requirements of the CNC programmer :

Proven experience programming HAAS CNC machines (4, and 5 axis)

Advanced proficiency in  Mastercam  (Mill 2D / 3D and Multi-Axis)

Strong understanding of G-code, speeds & feeds, and aerospace-grade materials

Familiarity with tight tolerances and first article inspections (FAIs)

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
