Bell Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical is currently seeking our next best Customer Care Specialist to join our team of talented, experienced, and dedicated employees who understand the importance of fast, reliable service to Bell's clients. Requirements to be successful in this position

  • Ability to work in an office setting full time
  • Professional and empathetic phone demeanor
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Ability to handle customer requests efficiently and effectively
  • Solution-oriented with the ability to remain calm and patient
  • Technologically inclined

    • Minimum Requirements

  • 1 year in a customer service role with heavy phone experience
  • Pass background screen
  • Pass drug test (marijuana included)
