Responsibilities

• Lead and manage urgent care operations across the region
• Supervise clinical staff and support team development
• Guide staffing, scheduling, workflow, and quality initiatives
• Contribute to hiring, budgeting, and process improvement

Qualifications

• Board Certified in FM or EM
• 3-5+ years of clinical experience
• Leadership experience preferred
