Job Description
Staffing Now has partnered with a large nationwide healthcare organization in their search for part-time Medical Assistants. Working under the supervision of the local practice MD, you will have the opportunity to work directly with patient care, testing and treatment. This role is perfect as a gap year between a certification program and Medical or PA school. Our client offers top notch paid training, opportunities to earn bonus on top of a competitive starting salary as well as medical / dental / vision insurance. Key responsibilities :
- Administer tests and injections under a supervising physician.
- Prepare customized patient immunotherapy vials.
- Educate and support patients through their immunotherapy treatment journeys.
- Administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and handling medical documentation.
- Coordinate within the clinic to create visibility and presence for the allergy services.
Qualifications :
Schedule : M, W, F, 8am-5pm.
