Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role in the software development industry. Strong understanding of document management systems and procedures with the ability to implement organizational standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other document management software with excellent attention to detail. Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Tasks
- Maintain and manage all documents ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible for team members.
- Develop and implement efficient document control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure that all documentation is accurate and reflects the latest project developments.
- Coordinate the distribution and retrieval of documents ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the necessary information in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular audits of document management systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency.
