We are looking for a Senior Distributed Systems Engineer to join the growing team responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of large-scale, distributed infrastructure that powers the network. This role will focus on building robust, high-performance backend systems, optimizing peer-to-peer networking layers, improving system scalability, and ensuring fault tolerance in adversarial environments. You will join a flat, collaborative environment that emphasizes solving hard problems with precision and speed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using Go, navigating the full lifecycle from ideation to production.
• Collaborate with multiple squads to deliver new features and drive product velocity.
• Write reliable, well-tested code that scales under high-demand environments.
• Improve the software development lifecycle through effective technical design, lean iteration, and thorough documentation.
• Mentor and support peers , contributing to a culture of engineering excellence
