As a Security Officer - Dispatch Specialist in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in supporting security-related operations within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and coordinating communications, managing access control systems, and responding to alarms and incidents as they arise. Using your strong customer service skills and comfort with technology, you will interact with both staff and visitors, providing clear information and support as needed. What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
