Description :

As an Architect you will be responsible for both new or renovation design projects. Your focus would be working independently and collaboratively solving architectural problems for CDG's clients. Typical projects could include : laboratories, offices, maintenance facilities, warehouses, and industrial process buildings. Less typical projects could include : pedestrian bridges, greenhouses, trail head facilities, and substations.

Requirements for the role :

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Professional Architect license, or ability to obtain license.
• Ten (10+) years of relevant experience required.
• Experience developing as-built drawings for undocumented facilities or conditions.
• Specification editing and cost estimating.
• Advanced knowledge of current safety and building codes.
• Development of Revit models.
• Strong communication and construction document presentation skills.
