American Traveler is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist with at least 2 years of recent OR experience for a hospital operating room position.

Job Details

  • Position based in a hospital operating room,
  • Day shift schedule from 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM,
  • Assignment is 13 weeks in length,
  • Primarily supports surgical procedures in the OR unit,

Job Requirements

  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) required,
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an operating room setting,
  • BLS certification required; RQI certifications are not accepted,
  • COVID vaccination card required,
  • Must provide Social Security number and date of birth for consideration,
  • License required if applicable,

    • Additional Information

  • Permanent address must be at least 60 miles from the facility,
  • Candidates who have worked as perm staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible,
  • Cannot be employed full time elsewhere while on assignment,
  • First-time travelers will be considered,
  • Team-oriented surgical environment,
  • Professional attire or scrubs required,
