Business Analyst

This individual will be responsible for Business Analyst duties related to defining requirements, managing work backlogs, setting work priorities, overseeing IT development stages related to planning, designing, testing, approval, and implementation of SUCCESS platform modules. The candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years experience in development, requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, product owner management, software development lifecycles, and knowledgeable of project management processes. Advanced experience with requirements management, Agile develoment methodologies (SCRUM, KABAN, etc...), development, and writing user stories for testing and system validation is also desired. Candidate must be a motivated team player with excellent problem solving and communication skills.
