Key Responsibilities

Define and implement frameworks for product planning, execution, and performance measurement

Drive continuous improvement in Product Lifecycle Management processes and standardize workflows

Partner with cross-functional teams to align operational priorities with strategic goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline

10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or related leadership roles

Proven ability to implement operational frameworks that improve efficiency

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with expertise in portfolio management

Experience in public safety, emergency response, or mission-critical systems is a plus
