Employment Type :  Full-time or Part-time (Hybrid (on-site once a week)

Salary :  $85,000 - $95,000 / yr

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a dynamic multi-specialty practice in the Bronx. This hybrid role offers a unique blend of in-person and remote work, providing flexibility and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications :

  • Education :  Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure :  Must hold a valid New York (NY) LCSW license. Must have active Medicaid.
  • Experience :  Minimum of 2 years of clinical social work experience.
  • Language :   Spanish preferred.
  • Technical Skills :  Proficiency in standard clinical documentation and telehealth platforms.
  • Soft Skills :  Strong interpersonal, communication, and empathetic skills. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling to patients and families.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in compliance with regulations.
