Salary : $5500 - $70000

  • Dependent on licensure education and tenure

Responsibilities

  • Lead 23 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured evidence-based curriculum.
  • Facilitate group discussions using a plug and play approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
  • Collaborate with prescribers care navigators and recovery coaches.
  • Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
  • Support a positive recovery-oriented environment for members.
  • Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups mission.

    • Qualifications

  • Active clinical license or certification based upon state regulations (LADC CADC LCAC LCSW LPC LMHC etc.).
  • 2 years of experience leading groups in a substance use treatment setting.
  • Tech-savvy : comfortable with EMRs telehealth platforms and Google Workspace.
  • Commitment to high-quality compassionate care.
  • Ability to work some evening hours to support member schedules.
