We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Telemarketer / Producer to join our team. As a Telemarketer / Producer, you will play a crucial role in generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our insurance products.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by providing them with the protection they need. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our insurance products, and explaining the benefits of working with our agency. Your friendly and inviting demeanor will be essential in building trust and forming lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to our insurance products.
• Educate potential clients on the benefits of working with our agency and the coverage options available.
• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Follow up with leads and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.
