What You'll Do

As part of our team, you'll work directly with union members who have requested information about their benefits. You'll help them understand their options, guide them through their coverage, and ensure every family receives the support they deserve.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

• Managing inbound and outbound calls with members.
• Scheduling and conducting virtual or phone-based appointments.
• Presenting benefit programs in a clear, professional, and engaging manner.
• Completing digital paperwork, forms, and documentation with precision.
• Maintaining accuracy and compliance through quality control standards.
• Participating in ongoing leadership and professional development programs.
