Salesforce Architect

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ , strong Revenue Cloud Advanced capability, and proven success leading large-scale data migration initiatives. This role demands a strategic thinker who can design scalable Salesforce solutions, guide cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will architect end-to-end Salesforce ecosystems ensuring performance, maintainability, security, and business alignment.

Salesforce Architecture & Solution Design

Lead architecture and design of complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.

Define end-to-end technical architecture, including integration, automation, security, and data models.

Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices, platform limits, and long-term scalability.

Drive governance for system design, customizations, and platform optimization.

Salesforce CPQ Ownership

Architect and implement advanced CPQ configurations : Product Rules, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, Bundles, Amendments, Renewals, and Approvals.

Design scalable quoting workflows that improve accuracy, reduce cycle time, and support complex pricing strategies.

Lead CPQ enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Revenue Cloud Advanced & Production Support

Act as escalation point for critical Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud production issues.

Leverage Revenue Cloud Advanced capabilities to optimize quote-to-cash processes and ensure platform stability.

Propose and implement sustainable fixes for recurring platform / process breakdowns.

Establish monitoring and proactive risk mitigation approaches.

Data Migration & Data Strategy

Architect data migration strategies for Salesforce implementations or org consolidations.

Lead data extraction, transformation, cleansing, matching, deduplication, and load plans.

Ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and compliance throughout migrations.

Guide teams on tools and methods (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, ETL tools, APIs).

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

Translate business needs into clear technical solutions and roadmaps.

Lead solution workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and architecture reviews with business and IT leaders.

Present technical concepts in a simplified, confident manner to executives.

Mentor developers / admins and enforce architecture standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

12+ years of Salesforce experience, including architect-level ownership.

Strong hands-on and architecture expertise in Salesforce CPQ.

Demonstrated experience with Revenue Cloud Advanced in Salesforce implementations / support.

Proven leadership in data migration projects, including large datasets and cross-system mapping.

Excellent understanding of :

Salesforce data model & security

Apex, LWC / Lightning, Flow, integration patterns

CI / CD practices and DevOps tools

Strong ability to work in agile environments and lead technical delivery.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills (must be able to influence and explain).

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Salesforce certifications such as :

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred

Application / System Architect

CPQ Specialist

Integration Architect / Data Architect

Experience with enterprise integrations (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, APIs).

Knowledge of Salesforce Industries or Revenue Cloud.

Experience with multi-org strategy, org merges, or global rollouts.
