Requirements :

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service in water mitigation (demolition, drying), environmental services (mold remediation, asbestos abatement, COVID-19 spraying, etc.), and contents manipulation and cleaning (packing, moving, inventory, and cleaning).
• Skills in textile and upholstery cleaning, carpet cleaning, and furniture repair are also valued.
• Assist in warehouse inventory and organization when necessary.

Job Qualifications (Required Skills) :

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in following documentation procedures.

Valid driver’s license

Ability to lift 50lbs or more on a frequent basis.

Licenses / Certifications – preferred, not required :

IICRC : ASD- Applied Structural Drying; WRT- Water Damage Restoration Technician; FSRT-Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician

Compensation and Benefits :

Competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Paid time off (PTO) after first year of employment.
