ENTRY LEVEL - REMOTE RECRUITER

Gpac offers an excellent, remote work-life balance, in a fast-paced work environment. This is a position that allows you to help transform people’s lives by placing them in their ideal positions with clients, while transforming your life as well.

This is a commission-driven position providing training, expectations, and your commitment. Following our plan, we would have you on goal to earn $100,000.00 your first full year in the business. An example, our 2024 “Rookie of the Year” earned $220,000.00 dollars. With our training, tools, and guidance, you are able to earn 30% to 80% of all of your business.

Responsibilities:

*Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates

*The use of our many tools, ability to make calls, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers

*Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)

Requirements:

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills

*Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset

*Effective negotiation skills

* Computer savvy, with knowledgeable skills

*Competitive Spirit

*A degree is preferred, but not required
