Job Title :  3D Post-Processing Technician

Department :  Additive Manufacturing – MJF

Reports To :  Post-Process Lead

Type of Position :  ☒ Full-Time ☐ Part-Time

Hours per Week :  40+

Hourly Pay : $20 / hr

Position Summary :

The  3D Post-Processing Technician  is responsible for media blasting 3D-printed parts in accordance with job sheet specifications and supplied drawings. This role ensures high-quality finishing by thoroughly removing powder residue and meeting the expectations of the Finishing Department.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work closely with the Post-Process Lead and Finishing team
• Follow detailed job instructions and work orders
• Verify part features against job sheets / drawings
• Visually inspect parts for quality and defects
• Operate and maintain blasting equipment, ensuring media levels are maintained and changed as required
• Must be comfortable working in fine powder environments and wearing appropriate PPE when required
• Reject non-conforming parts and report concerns to the Post-Process Lead
• Assist with various stages of production as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Promote a positive and team-oriented workplace
• Perform other duties as assigned
