What You'll Do as the Entry-Level Accountant / Accounts Payable Specialist :

Process and review invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with accuracy.

Assist with month-end close activities , including reconciliations and reporting support.

Help maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Support the accounting team with journal entries and accruals as needed.

Use Excel to track, analyze, and organize accounting data.

What You'll Bring as the Entry-Level Accountant / Accounts Payable Specialist :

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent coursework / experience).

Internship or 1+ year of experience in AP, accounting, or a business / office role.

Solid Excel skills (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUPs a plus).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
