Our team is lean senior and fast-moving with experience across Apple Robinhood Instacart and DoorDash.

The Role

Were looking for a driven detail-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to own the top of Atlass acquisition funnel- identifying engaging and qualifying high-value prospective members.

This role is for someone who thrives on precision personalization and persistence. Youll be the first brand touchpoint for our most important audience : individuals and partners who align with Atlass elevated member profile. Your work will directly contribute to revenue growth and expansion into new verticals and geographies.

This is a full-time role on the Growth team reporting into the Growth function. The position is hybrid with 2-3 days in our NYC office.

What Youll Do

Own the top of the sales funnel- generating and qualifying leads for the Partnerships and Growth teams.

Conduct targeted outbound outreach to high-spending individuals founders and potential partners aligned with Atlass member profile.

Research and segment prospects across luxury hospitality travel and professional communities.

Create personalized outreach sequences using CRM and automation tools to drive engagement.

Qualify inbound leads and assess fit through discovery calls email and LinkedIn outreach.

Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and optimize lead conversion.

Maintain data integrity and clean reporting within the CRM.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for outreach volume qualified meetings and conversion rates.

Act as the first brand ambassador for Atlas delivering a premium experience in every touchpoint.

What Were Looking For

1.5 - 2 years of outbound sales or business development experience ideally in fintech luxury services or consumer membership brands.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking to affluent or executive audiences.

Proven experience using CRM systems for lead management and pipeline tracking.

Results-driven mindset with a record of exceeding quotas and KPIs.

Excellent research and prospecting abilities.

Deep understanding of Atlass audience- individuals who value exclusivity service and convenience.

Comfortable operating in a fast-moving evolving environment.

Who You Are

Experience selling or representing luxury lifestyle or financial products.

Prior exposure to high-net-worth or executive clientele.

Experience building outbound scripts or messaging frameworks.

The salary range for this position is between $60000 and $70000 with an estimated OTE of up to $97500- plus a robust total compensation package that may include equity and performance bonuses. This range may vary depending on a variety of factors considered in compensation decisions including but not limited to skills experience training degrees and certifications. The salary range is just one aspect of our total compensation package which includes a comprehensive benefits program. This is a full-time exempt position.

In accordance with the New York City Human Rights Law the stated salary range reflects the base pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience education and skill level.
