Pay Rate : $–$ / hour Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to support business process documentation and content management within a large utility environment. This hybrid role requires candidates currently residing in the Bay Area and the ability to work onsite in Oakland – times per week. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, identify gaps in documentation, and improve clarity and usability of business process materials. Key Responsibilities Process Development (%)

• Serve as a CCO subject matter expert (SME) for General Reference by reviewing updates and changes submitted by business partners.
• Research and resolve process issues; draft clear and structured process steps for incorporation into the General Reference tool.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within existing documentation.
