Job Description : JLL is seeking a Senior Project Occupancy Planner to join our team for a critical 12-month engagement with potential renewal options. This role will focus on strategic occupancy planning initiatives including international site onboarding, domestic building redevelopment support, general occupancy support and comprehensive data analysis to optimize space utilization across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Initiation :

• Lead kick-off meetings with key stakeholders to establish project foundation
• Provide project management oversight with weekly engagement status reports
• Conduct regular project update meetings and coordinate with local teams
• Gather and analyze space and occupancy data

Role Competencies :

A bachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field is required. 5-7 years of experience in corporate environment with experience in space / occupancy planning and space data management at a strategic level. Experience coordinating across multiple time zones. Excellent presentation skills. Familiarity with IWMS and CMMS platforms.

Estimated compensation for this position : 82,500.00 126,500.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
