We’re seeking a dependable, hands-on Low-Voltage Installation Technician who enjoys working in the field, solving technical challenges, and delivering clean, professional installations. If you like working with tools, learning new technologies, and seeing real results from your work each day, this could be a great fit.

We are ideally looking for a mid- to senior-level technician with several years of experience in low-voltage systems and hands-on exposure to integrated control platforms such as Crestron, Lutron, Basalte, and Savant. Experience with structured wiring, AV systems, lighting controls, and networked devices is highly valued.

Who You Are :

Reliable, honest, and detail-oriented. Curious about technology and how systems work. Comfortable working on construction / project sites and homes. Positive attitude with strong communication skills. Motivated to learn, grow, and take ownership of projects. And have a clean driving history.

What You Bring :

Experience working on construction or project sites. Comfortable climbing ladders and lifting equipment. Experience pulling wire and using hand and power tools. Stable work history (ideally 3+ years with recent employers). Strong troubleshooting mindset and team-first attitude.

This is not a remote or hybrid position and includes some travel.

Schedule :

Full-time : 40 hours per week

Monday–Friday

8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

What You’ll Do :

Pull, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling (CAT5 / 6, fiber, speaker, Lutron, etc.) Mount and install devices (AV, networking, control, lighting, and shading). Build, lace, and organize equipment racks. Configure and commission technology systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. If you are a system programmer, have certifications or licenses, that is a bonus.

Automation and Control Systems that we work with include :

Lutron, Crestron, Basalte, Savant, Control 4, etc.

Experience and Helpful Skills (Affect Pay Level) :

Network Knowledge, Programming Time with the following systems : Lutron, Crestron, Basalte, Savant, Control4, etc. Candidates with advanced technical and programming experience are eligible for higher pay.
